We are Jean and Janice, founders of FlyFurClass.

1. Why are we starting FlyFurClass?
We want to help pet parents realize the dream of bringing their pets on vacation, creating everlasting memories as a family.
2. Can we use our airline miles to redeem flights?
Yes of course! We customize our tours according to your budget, needs and wants. You can redeem flights from your preferred mileage programme.
3. How many vet visits and blood draw does my pet need?
We will accompany and guide every vet visit, and provide on site support overseas. Your pet will need to visit the vet three times before departing Singapore (one vaccination injection, one blood draw), and one time overseas before your return flight.
4. Do you supply pet carriers or pet crates?
Yes we provide the right-sized transportation crates for your pet, and at-home pre-flight training support.
5. Do you transport all dogs?
We transport all dogs according to airline guidelines, the unfortunate exception is snub-nosed dogs, such as Pugs, French Bulldogs, and Shih Tzus, etc., are not allowed to fly.
For extra large dogs that are unable to fly in cabin and in hold, we provide freight forwarding reservations on Cargo flights, via our Singapore and Global partners. These flight booking fees will be transparent, and all pet parents will get the original invoice from Freight Forwarders and the respective Cargo Airline.
